Aims

The aim of the visit is to provide an overview of the Polish adult education and training system and possibility to exchange experience and "good practices" in the scope of mentioned subject.

The study visit also aims to establish an opportunity for future partner cooperation in common educational projects related to adult education and training.

Main themes

• Polish adult education and training system including it's organization, management and financing,
• forms and methods of adult education,
• partnership between national authorities, employers and trade unions as a matter of adult education and training.
